| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨胃癌患者腹水及外周血中PTN、IL-16表达水平及其临床意义。［方法］ 以52名胃癌伴腹水患者、48名胃癌不伴腹水患者以及20名健康者为研究对象，采用ELISA法测定PTN、IL-16的表达水平。［结果］ 胃癌伴腹水组患者腹水及外周血中PTN、IL-16表达水平均明显高于胃癌不伴腹水组和健康对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；PTN与IL-16在胃癌患者中表达呈正相关（P<0.01）。［结论］ 胃癌患者腹水及外周血中PTN、IL-16表达升高，且具有高度相关性。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］To investigate the expression and significance of PTN and IL-16 in ascites and peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancer.［Methods］ Fifty-two cases with gastric cancer with ascites，48 cases with gastric cancer without ascites and 20 healthy person as control were enrolled. The level of PTN and IL-16 was detected by ELISA method.［Results］ The level of PTN and IL-16 in malignant ascites and peripheral blood of gastric cancer with ascites group were higher than those of gastric cancer without ascites or healthy control group（P<0.05）. There was a positive correlation between the expression of PTN and IL-16 in patients with gastric cancer(P<0.01). ［Conclusion］ PTN and IL-16 in ascites and peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancer are overexpression，and there is a positive correlation between them. |
