Abstract:Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) is a haematoloic disease which is still difficult to conquer. In recent years,due to the progress of DNA methylation,and development and application of demethylation agents,these provide more potential targets for the treatment of MDS. The progress of DNA methylation and demethylation therapy and its related mechanism were present in this article. |
