| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨中山市1970~2009年胃癌死亡概况及规律，为中山市胃癌防治提供科学依据。［方法］ 收集1970~2009年中山市胃癌死亡资料，计算其死亡例数、粗死亡率、中国与世界标化死亡率等（中标率、世标率）指标。［结果］ 1970~2009年中山市男、女性与男女合计胃癌世标率分别为8.47/10万、3.86/10万 和5.97/10万，呈先升后稳定的趋势，总体无明显升降趋势（P>0.05）。中山市男性胃癌死亡率是女性的2.19倍，男、女性年龄别死亡率有所不同，不同时间段胃癌年龄别死亡模式基本相同。［结论］ 中山市胃癌死亡位于国内较低水平，且相对稳定。 |

| Abstract:［Purpose］ To explore death and its rules of gastric cancer in Zhongshan during 1970～2009，so as to provide scientific basis for its prevention and control in Zhongshan.［Methods］ Death data of gastric cancer in Zhongshan during 1970~2009 which came from Zhongshan Cancer Registry were collected. Death cases，crude morality rate，age-standardized morality rates by Chinese standard population(ASR China) and by world standard population(ASR world) were calculated. ［Results］ ASR world of gastric cancer were 8.47/105，3.86/105 and 5.97/105 in male，female and both gender respectively. Morality increased at first and remained a trend of relative stable later during the whole period (P>0.05). Mortality of gastric cancer in male was 2.19 time of female and age-specific morality differed somewhat between male and female. Age-specific morality patterns at different periods were basically identical in Zhongshan during 1970～2009. ［Conclusion］ Morality of gastric cancer in Zhongshan during 1970～2009 is at a low level nationwide and remained relatively stable. |
