| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析北京某肿瘤医院门诊患者就诊情况，为提高门诊服务质量提供参考。［方法］ 查阅该肿瘤医院信息管理系统，对2009～2013年到医院门诊就诊的患者相关数据进行分析。［结果］ 乳腺肿瘤、胃肠肿瘤和肺肿瘤是该医院门诊就诊人次前3位的病种，患者以女性为主(62.6%～64.0%)，年龄41～60岁居多；复诊患者比例为80.0%～82.7%。门诊量逐年增长，且5月和10月为季节高峰。［结论］ 该肿瘤医院应合理调配医疗资源，更好地为门诊患者提供优质服务。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the information of outpatients clinic in a cancer hospital in Beijing，and to provide reference for improving medical quality.［Methods］ Data of outpatients were from the cancer hospital information management system，the clinic patient-related data from 2009 to 2013 were analyzed.［Results］ Breast cancer，gastrointestinal tumor and lung cancer accounted for the top 3 diseases among the outpatient. In all outpatients，female accounted for 62.6%~64.0%，and most age ranged from 41 to 60 years old. Proportion of return patients was 80.0%~82.7%. The number of outpatients increased year by year with two visiting peaks occurring in May and October every year. ［Conclusions］ The cancer hospital should optimize the medical resources，to provide better quality services for outpatients. |
