| 摘 要：［目的］ 观察中药联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群变化及其临床意义。［方法］ 219例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者，分为单纯化疗组和中药联合化疗组，对两组的T淋巴细胞亚群变化进行对比分析。［结果］ 单纯化疗组94例化疗后患者CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、NK细胞比例与化疗前相比均显著性升高（P＜0.01）；化疗后CD8+细胞比例有所降低，但无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。中药联合化疗组125例化疗后患者CD4+、CD4+/CD8+细胞比例与化疗前比较均显著性升高（P＜0.01），CD8+细胞比例显著性降低（P＜0.01），化疗后CD3+、NK细胞比例有所升高，但无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。与单纯化疗组相比，中药联合化疗组化疗后CD8+比例降低和CD4+/CD8+比例升高更明显（P均＜0.05）。［结论］ 中晚期肺癌患者免疫功能处于抑制状态，单纯化疗与中药联合化疗均能改善免疫功能，且中药联合化疗优于单纯化疗组。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the changes and clinical significance of T lymphocyte subset after Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) combined with chemotherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. ［Methods］ A total of 219 cases with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were divided into chemotherapy group and TCM combined with chemotherapy group，changes in T lymphocyte subset between two groups was analyzed. ［Results］ In chemotherapy group（94 patients with NSCLC），the level of CD3+，CD4+，CD4+/CD8+ ratio and NK cell after chemotherapy were increased significantly(P＜0.01)；the CD8+ cells had no significant change(P＞0.05). While，the level of CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ ratio after chemotherapy were increased significantly in TCM combined with chemotherapy group（125 patients）(P＜0.01)；the level of CD8+ cells was decreased significantly(P＜0.01)；and CD3+ and NK cells had no significant change(P＞0.05). Compared with chemotherapy group，the CD8+ cells after treatment decreased significantly(P<0.05) and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ were significantly higher(P<0.05) in TCM combined with chemotherapy group.［Conclusion］ The patients with advanced NSCLC are in a state of immune suppression，chemotherapy and TCM combined with chemotherapy both can improve immunity，and TCM combined with chemotherapy is better than chemotherapy alone. |
