      摘 要:[目的] 研究复方浙贝颗粒(CZBG)联合三苯氧胺(TAM)对LCC2移植瘤的抑制作用及对血清TGF-β1的影响。[方法] 建立耐TAM乳腺癌细胞的LCC2动物移植瘤模型,将动物分为对照组、TAM组、阿霉素(ADM)+TAM组、CZBG+TAM组、ADM+CZBG+TAM组,分别比较各组瘤重,肝、脾、子宫脏器指数及血清TGF-β1浓度差异。[结果] CZBG+TAM、ADM+TAM的抑瘤率分别为54.25%和52.05%。CZBG+TAM与单纯TAM组相比较,子宫指数有所降低(F=4.742,P<0.05)。CZBG+TAM组和ADM+ CZBG+TAM组血清TGF-β1浓度分别为482.95±80.44pg/ml和416.08±76.19pg/ml,与对照组(153.76±55.02) pg/ml相比差异具有统计学意义(F=4.683,P<0.05)。[结论] CZBG能够提高TAM对LCC2移植瘤的抑制率,并且可能通过升高血清TGF-β1浓度来抑制肿瘤生长。

      Abstract:[Purpose] To investigate the inhibitive effect of compound Zhe Bei granule(CZBG) combined with tamoxifen(TAM) on LCC2 xenografts and its influence on serum TGF-β1. [Methods] Xenograft model by using human breast cancer cells LCC2 resistant to TAM were made. Then the mice were randomly divided into control group,simple TAM group,adriamycin(ADM)+TAM group,CZBG+TAM group and ADM+CZBG+TAM group. The difference of tumor weight,liver,spleen,uterus organ index and serum levels of TGF-β1 among the groups were compared.[Results] The tumor inhibition rates of CZBG+TAM group and ADM+TAM group were 54.25%,52.05% respectively. Uterus index was lower in CZBG+TAM group compared with simple TAM group(F=4.742,P<0.05). The serum concentrations of TGF-β1 in CZBG+TAM group and ADM+CZBG+TAM group were 482.95±80.44pg/ml,416.08±76.19pg/ml respectively,which were statistically different compared with control group(153.76±55.02 pg/ml )(F=4.683,P<0.05). [Conclusions] CZBG can improve the tumor inhibition rate of LCC2 xenografts. In addition,it could increase inhibition of tumor growth through increasing serum TGF-β1 concentration.
