| 摘 要：［目的］ 评价PTCH1在胃食管连接部腺癌（AEG）组织中的表达及意义。［方法］ 选择 64 例AEG组织、癌旁组织标本，应用 RT-PCR 和 Western blot 方法检测标本中PTCH1 mRNA和蛋白的表达情况，并分析PTCH1 蛋白的表达与AEG临床病理特征的关系。［结果］与癌旁组织相比，AEG组织中PTCH1 mRNA和蛋白的表达均明显下调，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。PTCH1 蛋白表达与AEG患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小和淋巴结转移无关，与肿瘤分化程度有关（P＜0.05）。［结论］PTCH1在AEG组织中低表达可能与胃食管连接处腺癌的发生、发展相关。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the expression of PTCH1 in adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction(AEG) tissues and its clinical significance.［Methods］ Sixty-four samples with AEG and AEG adjacent tissues were enrolled. The mRNA and protein of PTCH1 expressions were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot respectively.［Results］ Compared to AEG adjacent tissues，PTCH1 mRNA and protein expression in AEG tissue samples were down-regulated with statistically difference(P<0.05). The expression level of PTCH1 protein did not relate to gender，age，tumor size and lymph node metastasis，but related to the differential grade of AEG(P<0.05). ［Conclusions］ The expression of PTCH1 is low in AEG；it might relate to carcinogenesis and progression of AEG. |
