摘 要:放射治疗是肿瘤三大治疗手段之一,尤其在头颈部肿瘤治疗中,已经成为部分肿瘤的根治性方法。由于照射靶区常难以避开正常脑组织,可能造成不同程度的放射性脑损伤,导致认知功能障碍。海马结构是颅内最易受射线损伤的与认知功能密切相关的关键结构,其受损机制和临床表现是近年的研究热点。射线导致的海马结构损伤及其相关认知功能障碍越来越受到临床的重视。 |

Abstract:Radiotherapy,as one of the three main treatments procedures for cancer,is the effective treatment modality. However,because it is unavoidable that the normal brain tissue,especially temporal lobes,are often involved in the radiation field. Radiotherapy may injury the normal brain tissue,injury and cause intellectual impairment and cognitive deficits such as impaired learning and memory. Hippocampal formation is the most important cognitive functional structure,which is the most sensitive to radiation. Radiation-induced injury and dysfunction of hippocampal formation receive more and more attentions. |
