| 摘 要:［目的］ 探讨武威市消化系统恶性肿瘤发病特征及其流行趋势，为肿瘤防治提供参考依据。［方法］ 根据肿瘤登记报告资料，计算消化系统恶性肿瘤粗发病率、构成比、（0~74岁）累积率、中国人口标化率（中标率）和世界人口标化率（世标率）等指标，率的比较采用χ2检验。［结果］ 2006～2011年武威市消化系统恶性肿瘤粗发病率为190.3/10万，中标率为165.3/10万。男、女性粗发病率分别为262.9/10万和111.2/10万（χ2=1819.1，P<0.01），男、女性别比为2.4∶1。男性消化系统恶性肿瘤前8位依次为胃癌、食管癌、大肠癌、肝癌、胰腺癌、胆管癌、胆囊癌和小肠癌；女性消化系统恶性肿瘤前9位依次为胃癌、食管癌、大肠癌、肝癌、胆囊癌、胰腺癌、胆管癌、小肠癌和肛门癌。男、女性年龄别发病率均随年龄增长而升高。［结论］ 胃癌、食管癌、大肠癌和肝癌是武威市消化系统恶性肿瘤防治工作的重点。 |

| Abstract:［Purpose］ To investigate the epidemiological characteristics and tendency of malignant digestive system in Wuwei city，to provide the basis for cancer prevention and control.［Methods］ Based on the report data of cancer registration，crude incidence，proportion，cumulative rate(0~74)，by China(ASR China) and age-standardized incidence by world(ASR world) were calculated.χ2 analysis was used to compare the incidences.［Results］ Crude incidence(2006~2011) was 190.3/105，262.9/105 in male and 111.2/105 in female（χ2=1819.1，P<0.01）.ASR China was 165.3/105.The gender ratio(male to female) was 2.4∶1.The top 8 malignant digestive organs in male were gastric cancer，esophageal cancer，colon&rectum cancer，liver cancer，bile duct cancer，gallbladder cancer and small intestinal cancer. The top 9 malignant digestive organs in female were gastric cancer，esophageal cancer，colon&rectum cancer，liver cancer，gallbladder cancer，pancreatic cancer，bile duct cancer，small intestinal cancer and anus cancer in female. The age-specific incidence increased with age in both genders.［Conclusion］ Emphasis should be put on the prevention and control of gastric cancer，esophageal cancer，colon&rectum cancer and liver cancer. |
