| Abstract：The paper summarized the related reference of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment for esophageal cancer， and reviewed the etiology and pathogenesis of esophageal cancer，differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome，single agent treatment，multiple agents treatment，and the status of TCM in the treatment with surgery，chemotherapy，radiotherapy，metal stent implantation，in order to provide reference for the treatment of esophageal cancer. |
