| 摘 要：以新疆阿合奇县人民医院为例，探讨援疆模式下贫困县医院人才培养模式。通过成立沙龙社团，开展师徒结对子、继续教育培训班，申报科研项目和攥写论文等形式，变援疆模式下的“输血”为自身“造血”来培养贫困县医院医学人才。援疆模式下，贫困县医院人才培养成效显著。 |

| Abstract: Aheqi People’s Hospital talents cultivation under the aid to Xinjiang mode is explored in this paper. Through the establishment of salon club，teacher and pupil in pairs and continuing education training， scientific research projects，writing paper and so on，aid mode of “blood transfusion” has been transferred to “develop their own blood” on hospital’s medical personnel training. Under the aid mode，personnel training shows favorable achievements. |
