| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析2008~2010年永康市甲状腺癌发病情况。［方法］ 分析2008~2010年永康市社会保障局医保和农保的医疗资料中以及永康市人民医院就诊的新发甲状腺癌病例的发病数据。2008~2010年覆盖人口1 703 031人年，男性868 777人年，女性834 254人年。人口标化率采用全国1982年人口普查的人口结构和Segi’s世界标准人口结构。［结果］ 2008~2010年永康市恶性肿瘤新发病例4194例，甲状腺癌新发病例150例，占3.58%，位居第9位。甲状腺癌发病率为8.81/10万（男性 4.72/10万、女性13.07/10万），中标率为6.33/10万（男性3.51/10万，女性9.30/10万）。甲状腺癌年龄别发病率随年龄增长而增加，50~岁组达到高峰，为26.08/10万。永康市甲状腺癌粗发病率高于全国合计、全国城市水平和全国农村水平。［结论］ 甲状腺癌是威胁永康市居民健康的重大疾病之一，应加强对甲状腺癌的预防和控制。 |

| Abstract:［Purpose］ To investigate incidence of thyroid cancer from 2008 to 2010 in Yongkang city，Zhejiang province. ［Methods］ The data of medical record of new patients with thyroid cancer were collected from Yongkang Medical Security Office and Yongkang First People’s Hospital. The data covered a population of 1 703 031 person-year(male 868 777 person-year，female 834 254 person-year). Incidence，age-specific incidence，age-standardized incidence and proportions were analyzed. Chinese population sensus in 1982 and Segi’s population were used for age-standardized incidence.［Results］ The total newly diagnosed cancer cases from 2008 to 2010 were 4194，and the newly diagnosed thyroid cancer cases were 150 with a proportion of 3.58% which ranked 9th. The crude incidence of thyroid cancer in Yongkang city was 8.81/105(male 4.72/105， female 13.07/105)，age-standardized incidence by Chinese standard population(ASR China) was 6.33/105(male 3.51/105，female 9.30/105). The age-specific incidence increased with age increased. The incidence of thyroid cancer from 2008 to 2010 in Yongkang city was higher than those in Chinese all areas， urban area and rural area.［Conclusion］ Thyroid cancer is one of the most common cancers in Yongkang.The prevention and control of thyroid cancer should be emphasized in the future. |
