| 摘 要:［目的］探讨2002～2010年山东省肥城市农村女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤死亡率及其变化趋势。［方法］ 回顾性分析2002~2010年肥城市农村女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤死亡资料，计算其死亡率、年龄别死亡率和死亡构成比。［结果］女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤死亡146例，居恶性肿瘤死因顺位第6位。2010年粗死亡率较2002年增加了121%，中标率增加了92%。年龄别死亡率呈双峰曲线。35～64岁截缩死亡率为6.34/10万。［结论］肥城市女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤死亡率呈上升趋势，积极开展生殖系统恶性肿瘤的早诊早治意义重大。 |

| Abstract:［Purpose］ To explore the mortality and its trend of female genital system in rural areas of Feicheng city from 2002 to 2010.［Methods］ Data of malignancies of rural female were retrospectively analyzed，mortality，age-specific mortality and proportion were calculated.［Results］ There were 146 deaths cases caused by female genital malignancies from 2002 to 2010，which ranked the sixth place of overall cancer mortality.The crude mortality increased 121%，while the age-standardized mortality increased 92% in 2010 compared to 2002. The curve of age-specific mortality showed two peaks.Truncated rate(35~65 years old) was 6.34/105.［Conclusions］ Mortality of female genital system present an upward trend in Feicheng. Early diagnosis and treatment for female genital malignancies should be conducted actively. |
