| 摘 要:［目的］ 评价辽宁省常见恶性肿瘤诊治规范率变化及其影响因素。［方法］ 采用抽样调查的方法，对辽宁省A、B、C三类医院2001年和2009年常见恶性肿瘤诊治规范率调查结果进行分析。［结果］ A类医院诊治规范率由2001年的46.79%上升至2009年的53.27%，B类医院规范诊治率由2001年的33.51%上升至2009年的43.07%，而C类医院由2001年的3.31%下降至2009年的1.97%。［结论］ 加强医务人员培训、建立持证上岗制度、建立质量控制标准是提高诊治规范的有效措施。 |

| Abstract:［Purpose］ To analyze the change of diagnosis and treatment of common cancers and its influencing factors in Liaoning province.［Methods］ Based on the sampling survey，standardized-rate of diagnosis and treatment in three different sorts of hospitals(A，B，C) was explored in 2001 and 2009.［Results］ Standardized-rate of diagnosis and treatment in A and B hospitals increased from 46.79% to 53.27% and 33.51% to 43.07% respectively，while decreased from 3.31% to 1.97% in C hospital.［Conclusion］ Reinforce the periodical training of clinicians，launch the certification system for clinical practitioner and establish an applicable quality control standard are efficient strategies for medicial improvement. |
