| 摘 要：［目的］ 了解临安市农村妇女病普查状况，了解该地区常见妇女病的患病情况，为制定妇女病防治措施提供依据。［方法］ 采用回顾性分析2008~2012年临安市94 983位普查农村妇女普查结果。［结果］ 2008~2012年普查人数94 983例，普查出妇女病共38 568例，妇女病患病率为40.6%（35568/94983）。宫颈炎、乳腺增生、阴道炎、子宫肌瘤、盆腔炎是妇女常见的5种疾病，占总普查人数的83.55%（79360/94983）。2008~2012年共检出乳腺癌16例，宫颈癌35例，子宫内膜癌7例，卵巢癌5例。这四种女性肿瘤中，Ⅰ期肿瘤的检出率达42.85%（27/63）。［结论］ 妇科常见病患病率较高，应提高妇女卫生保健知识普及水平，并不断提高乳腺癌和宫颈癌普查技术水平。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the screening situation of rural women’s diseases in Lin’an county，and to know the prevalence of common women’s diseases in this area，in order to provide a basis for the development of prevention and control measures for women’s diseases. ［Methods］ The data of 94 983 rural woman screened in Lin’an county during 2008~2012 were retrospectively analyzed. ［Results］ Of 94 983 rural women，38 568 cases with woman disease were screened with prevalence rate 40.6%（35568/94983). Cervicitis，mammary hyperplasia，vaginitis，hysteromyoma and pelvic inflammatory disease were the five common woman disease，which accounted for 83.55%（79360/94983). Sixteen cases with breast cancer；35，cervical cancer;7，endometrial carcinoma and 5，ovarian cancer were screened out in 2008~2012. The detected rate of stage I cancer was 42.85%（27/63).［Conclusion］ Gynecological diseases are common. The popularization of female health care knowledge must be improved and the technical level of screening breast cancer and cervical cancer must be improved constantly. |
