| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析昆山市2006～2010年恶性肿瘤的发病和死亡水平。［方法］ 收集昆山市肿瘤登记处2006～2010年恶性肿瘤的发病资料和死亡资料，统计和分析恶性肿瘤的发病（死亡）率、标化发病（死亡）率、年龄别发病（死亡）率等指标。［结果］ 昆山市2006～2010年共报告恶性肿瘤新发病例10 466例，死亡病例6 562例，恶性肿瘤粗发病率为306.03/10万(其中男性357.72/10万，女性254.35/10万)，粗死亡率为191.99/10万(其中男性243.78/10万，女性139.98/10万)。男性发病率前5位的恶性肿瘤依次为胃癌、肺癌、肝癌、食管癌和结肠癌，女性依次为乳腺癌、胃癌、肺癌、肝癌和结肠癌。［结论］ 昆山市恶性肿瘤发病和死亡水平较高，应该加强对主要恶性肿瘤的防控。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the cancer incidence and mortality in Kunshan city，2006～2010. ［Methods］ The data of cancer incidence and mortality from 2006 to 2010 were collected from Kushan Population-based Cancer Registry．Incidence and mortality rates，age-specific rates and age-standardized rates were calculated．［Results］ From 2006 to 2010，the total cancer incident cases and death cases were 10466 and 6562，respectively. The crude cancer incidence was 306.03/105 (357.72/105 in male and 254.35/105 in female)；and the crude cancer mortality was 191.99/105 (243.78/105 in male and 139.98/105 in female). The top 5 malignant incidence rates were gastric cancer，lung cancer，liver cancer，esophageal cancer and colon cancer in male and breast cancer，gastric cancer，lung cancer，liver cancer and colon cancer in female. ［Conclusion］ Cancer incidence and mortality are high in Kunshan city. Prevention and treatment should be strengthened major cancers. |
