| 摘 要：［目的］ 研究EphA2 mRNA和EphrinAl mRNA在乳腺癌中的表达及其意义。［方法］ 应用逆转录—聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检测40例乳腺癌冰冻标本中EphA2 mRNA和EphrinAl mRNA的表达，分析mRNA与其蛋白表达的相关性及与临床病理特征的关系。［结果］ 乳腺癌组织中EphA2 mRNA、EphrinA1 mRNA的表达均与组织学分级、淋巴结转移及TNM分期显著相关（P均＜0.05)。EphA2和EphrinAl蛋白在乳腺癌的表达与和mRNA的表达水平不完全一致。［结论］ EphA2 mRNA和EphrinA1 mRNA的阳性表达均与乳腺癌的恶性行为相关。 |

| Abstract:［Purpose］ To investigate the expressions of EphA2 mRNA and EphrinA1 mRNA in breast cancer and their significance. ［Methods］ The expressions of EphA2 mRNA and EphrinA1 mRNA were detected by RT-PCR in frozen tissues from 40 cases with breast cancer，and the expressions of mRNA corresponding with the levels of protein and clinicopathological features were analyzed. ［Results］ The positive expressions of EphA2 mRNA and EphrinA1 mRNA were related to histological grade，lymph node metastasis and TNM staging (P all＜0.05). EphA2mRNA and EphrinA1mRNA expression did not fully correspond to its protein expression respectively in breast carcinoma. ［Conclusions］ The positive expressions of EphA2 mRNA and EphrinA1 mRNA are related to the malignant biological behavior of breast carcinoma. |
