| 摘 要：［目的］探讨结直肠癌中B7-H4的表达及临床意义。［方法］采用免疫组织化学法检测32例结直肠癌组织中B7-H4的表达，Western blot法检测8例结直肠癌组织中B7-H4蛋白表达。双抗体夹心间接ELISA法检测91例结直肠癌患者血清B7-H4水平，采用51例健康体检者血清B7-H4水平作为对照。［结果］免疫组化结果显示结直肠癌组织中B7-H4蛋白阳性率为90.6% (29/32)，正常结直肠组织中B7-H4均阴性表达。健康体检者和结直肠癌患者血清B7-H4浓度分别为32.67±12.28μg/L和52.14±24.65μg/L，结直肠癌患者血清B7-H4水平显著高于健康体检者（P<0.01）。［结论］B7-H4在结直肠癌中高表达，可能是结直肠癌一种新的肿瘤标志物。 |

| Abstract:［Purpose］ To investigate the expression of B7-H4 in colorectal cancer and its clinical significance.［Method］ The expression of tissue sample B7-H4 in 32 cases with colorectal cancer was detected by immunohistochemical method; and expression of B7-H4 in 8 cases colorectal cancer tissues was detected by Western blot method. Serum B7-H4 in 91 cases with colorectal cancer was detected by double-antibody sandwich indirect ELISA method， serum B7-H4 in 51 healthy as control.［Result］ As immunohistochemical result， the positive rate of B7-H4 in colorectal cancer was 90.6% (29/32)， and B7-H4 was negative expression in normal colorectal tissues. The level of serum B7-H4 in colorectal cancer and healthy was 32.67±12.28μg/L and 52.14±24.65μg/L respectively， with significantly difference (P<0.01). ［Conclusion］ B7-H4 is overexpression in colorectal cancer， it might be a new tumor marker for colorectal cancer. |
