| 癌症是严重威胁人类健康的重大公共卫生问题。早发现早治疗能够大幅提高五年生存率,降低死亡率,但经临床确诊的癌症多为中晚期,丧失了手术切除的机会。由于癌症是在多种因素长期作用下发生的一类高度异质性的复杂疾病,目前仍缺乏有效的筛查手段。表面增强拉曼光谱(Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy,SERS)技术以其高灵敏度、独特的“分子指纹”识别能力和无标记检测优势,正成为癌症筛查领域极具应用潜力的工具。本文系统归纳了SERS的发现历程及作用机理、SERS应用于癌症早筛的生物学基础及在早筛中的应用现状,并指出该技术迈向真实世界筛查实践所面临的核心挑战,以期为未来将该技术应用于人群早筛提供参考和理论依据。 |

| Cancer constitutes a major public health problem posing a severe threat to human health. Early detection and intervention can markedly improve the five-year survival rate and reduce mortality. Nevertheless, the majority of clinically diagnosed cancer cases are at the middle-to-late stage, thus losing the opportunity for surgical resection. As a highly heterogeneous and complex disease induced by the long-term effects of multiple factors, effective screening approaches for cancer remain scarce to date. Featuring high sensitivity, unique "molecular fingerprint" identification capability, and label-free detection advantages, Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) is emerging as a highly promising tool in cancer screening. This paper systematically reviews the discovery history and mechanism of SERS, the biological basis and application status of SERS in early cancer screening, and identifies the core challenges for translating this technology into real-world screening practice, with the aim to provide references and theoretical support for its future application in population-level early cancer screening. |
