| Abstract: The Age-Period-Cohort (APC) model is widely used to analyze temporal trends in disease incidence or mortality rates. The web-based version of the APC model, characterized by its user-friendly interface and visual parameter representation, significantly lowers the barrier to entry for users without a statistical background. Using cancer registry data as an example, this article provides a systematic explanation covering the model"s fundamental principles, analytical procedures, case demonstrations, and key considerations. The aim is to equip readers with solid methodological support and practical guidance for their future explorations in this field. |
