| To construct a supporting index system for collaborative training of innovative medicaltalents from the perspective of "hospital Institute integration", and to determine the index weights at all levels, so as to provide support for scientific evaluation of collaborative training of innovative medical talents. Methods: The supporting index pool for collaborative training of innovative medical talents was constructed by literature research and semi-structured interviews, the index systemwas determined by two-round Delphi method, and the weight of each index was calculated by Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Results: The positive coefficients of Delphi experts in the two rounds were 86.7% and 100% respectively, the authority coefficients were 0.774 and CR < 0.1. all the indexes passed the one-time test, and the supporting index system of collaborative training of innovative medical talents was obtained, which was composed of 5 first-level indexes and 23 second-level indexes. The "top-level design" (41.332%) was the most weighted index in the first-level index. Among the secondary indicators, the "institutional security system" (10.906%) has the largest weight. Conclusion: The supporting index system of collaborative training of innovative medical talents from the perspective of "hospital Institute integration" is scientific and operable. |
