| The prevention and treatment of esophageal cancer is an important component of cancer prevention and control in China. As the earliest established tumor prevention and control site in China, the Linzhou esophageal cancer prevention and control site has formed a systematic prevention and control strategy in the fields of tumor registration, etiology research, early diagnosis and treatment, providing valuable experience for China"s cancer prevention and control system. This article is based on more than 60 years of prevention and treatment practice of esophageal cancer in Linzhou, reviewing its historical development, significant achievements, and existing problems, and exploring its reference significance for cancer prevention and control work in China. |
