      [目的] 针对传统癌症筛查信息化管理平台无法满足需求的现状,设计数智化升级方案,为癌症早诊早治全周期信息化管理提供参考。[方法] 分析癌症早诊早治工作的信息化需求,聚焦提高癌症筛查可接受性、筛查效果及满足数据应用数智化需求,开展数智化驱动的癌症早诊早治全流程管理信息平台设计与建设,涵盖智能宣教、风险评估、筛查过程管理、健康管理及数据管理等模块。[结果] 数智化技术赋能癌症筛查全链条管理,实现智能健康管理功能,提升筛查依从性、质量、工作效率,推动筛查决策和疾病分析智能化。[结论] 数智化技术在癌症筛查早诊早治中有巨大潜力,但存在经济壁垒、区域公平性及适老化设计等问题,需完善监管评估体系以促进高质量发展。
英文摘要:
      [Purpose] In view of the current situation that the traditional cancer screening information management platform cannot meet the demand, the digital intelligence upgrade scheme is designed to provide reference for the information management of the whole cycle of early diagnosis and early treatment of cancer. [Methods] The information requirements of early cancer diagnosis and early treatment were analyzed, focusing on improving the acceptability and effectiveness of cancer screening and meeting the needs of data application intelligence, and the design and construction of the whole process management information platform for early cancer diagnosis and early treatment driven by data intelligence was carried out, covering intelligent education, risk assessment, screening process management, health management and data management modules. [Results] Digital intelligence technology enabled the whole chain management of cancer screening, realized the intelligent health management function, improved screening compliance, quality and work efficiency, and promoted the intelligent screening decision and disease analysis. [Conclusion] Digital intelligence technology has great potential in the early diagnosis and treatment of cancer screening, but there are problems such as economic barriers, regional fairness and age-appropriate design. It is necessary to improve the regulatory evaluation system to promote high-quality development.
