      随着人工智能(AI)技术的飞速发展,其在癌症早诊早治领域彰显出巨大潜力,同时也面临一系列的风险和挑战。本文旨在运用SWOT(优势、劣势、机遇、威胁)分析框架,对AI在癌症早诊早治项目管理中的多维度进行系统全面的剖析。通过识别并评估AI技术的内在优势与不足,以及外部环境带来的机遇与潜在威胁,进一步提出针对性的管理优化策略,以期为AI技术更加高效、安全地服务于癌症早诊早治项目提供借鉴,推动癌症早诊早治工作高质量发展。

      With the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, it shows great potential in the field of cancer early diagnosis and treatment and also faces risks and challenges. The aim of this paper is to systematically and comprehensively analyze the multidimensional issues of AI in the management of cancer early cancer diagnosis and treatment programs based on the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis framework. This study identifies and evaluates the internal strengths and weaknesses of AI technology, and the external opportunities and potential threats, and then proposes targeted management optimization strategies. This study is expected to provide references for AI technology to serve the cancer early diagnosis and treatment program more efficiently and safely, and to promote the high-quality development of early cancer diagnosis and treatment.
