      为实现区域间医疗服务同质化,全国各地积极探索和推进国家区域医疗中心建设。本文以中山大学附属肿瘤医院甘肃医院项目为例,阐述了输出医院和依托医院在创建融合期持续开展实质性合作,探索形成了纵横联动的协同管理模式,有效克服了跨区域远距离合作壁垒。两院以满足群众医疗服务需求为中心,在甘肃医院医、教、研、管的建设和发展方面取得了显著成效,为国家区域医疗中心建设管理模式提供切实可行的参考。

      In order to achieve the homogeneity of medical services among regions, China is actively exploring and promoting the construction of National Regional Medical Centers. This article takes the Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center Gansu Hospital project as an example to illustrate that the output hospital and the Input hospital continued to carry out substantive cooperation during the integration period of the establishment, explored to form a collaborative management model with vertical and horizontal linkages, and effectively overcome the barriers from the cross-regional long-distance cooperation. Centering on the people’s medical services needs, the two hospitals have achieved remarkable results in the construction and development of medical treatment, teaching, researching and management of Gansu Hospital, providing a practical reference for the construction and management model of National Regional Medical Center.
