| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨正气管腺样囊性癌的临床特点、治疗方法及预后。［方法］ 回顾性分析我院自1998年9月至2011年6月收治的16例正气管腺样囊性癌患者的临床资料，7例行气管局部切除，8例行气管袖状切除+端端吻合术，1例行气管下段切除+隆突重建术。Kaplan-Meier法计算生存率。［结果］ 正气管腺样囊性癌的5年、10年生存率分别为56.5%和11.3%。切缘阳性率为68.8%（11/16），切缘阳性与否对于生存的影响无统计学差异（χ2=0.740，P=0.390）。术后放疗与否对于生存的影响也无统计学差异（χ2=0.063，P=0.801）。［结论］ 气管腺样囊性临床少见，手术切除是首选的治疗方法，有较高的切缘阳性率。 |

| Abstract:［Purpose］ To investigate the clinical features，treatment and prognosis for adenoid cystic carcinoma of the trachea.［Methods］ The clinical data of 16 cases with adenoid cystic carcinoma of the trachea admitted in our hospital from September 1998 to June 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Seven patients underwent partial tracheal wall resection; 8 sleeve resection of trachea; and 1 carina resection with tracheal carina reconstruction. The survival rates were analyzed by Kaplan-Meier. ［Results］ The 5-year and 10-year survival rates were 56.5% and 63.6% respectively. Positive margin was found in 68.8%（11/16） of patients. Positive margin did not significantly correlated to survival rate（χ2=0.740，P=0.39）. Post-surgical radiation therapy showed no significant relationship with survival rate（χ2=0.063，P=0.801). ［Conclusion］ Adenoid cystic carcinoma is a rare disease. Surgical resection is the most effective treatment，with a higher risk of positive surgical margins. |
