| 摘 要：为减少乳腺癌漏诊和过度诊断的发生，本研究应用乳腺X线摄影显示出的多种钙化征象中，提出“三微钙化”对诊断早期乳腺癌的重要性。本文经X线摄影诊断166例早期乳腺癌和109例乳腺小良性肿瘤的病例与“三微钙化”的关系进行回顾性分析。结果显示，X线诊断与病理诊断符合率达90.2%~96.9%。表明“三微钙化”是早期乳腺癌的重要X线征象，可以作为诊断乳腺癌的标准之一。 |

| Abstract: In order to reduce the false- and over- diagnosis of breast cancer，this retrospective study investigated three kinds of calcification in micro-structure of breast in X-ray images，which was defined as ‘three-micro-calcification’. The X-ray images of 166 patients with early stage breast cancer and 109 patients with small breast benign tumor were reviewed. The results showed that using ‘three-micro-calcification’ could diagnose breast cancer with 90.2%~96.9% successful rate when compared to the pathology diagnosis. It implied a promising potential of ‘three-micro-calcification’ as a marker for breast cancer pre-diagnosis. |
